Spring is here and so are the cold pressed juices you’ve been waiting for! We’ve discovered a new obsession for you!
Why are cold pressed juices so much better for you than regular juices?
It all starts with the processing method; regular juices are often processed through a centrifugal machine which generates heat that damages enzymes and vitamins in the juice; cold pressed juices, however, use a hydraulic press that takes longer but the result is a richer nutritional content. The hydraulic press also requires more fruit but that’s because the end result is all-natural ingredients whereas regular juices often contain added sugars and preservatives. Cold pressed juices also keep their fiber intact which makes them easier to digest, making them ideal for cleansing purposes.
